Basrah University Organizes a Course on the State Employees Discipline Law
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah organized a course on the State Employees Discipline Law.
The course aims to train employees from the university and state departments to develop their skills in legal administration.
The course, presented by Instructor Sajjad Sabah Idham Al-Hijami, included an introduction to the State Employees Discipline Law, its enforcement, and definitions of the terms contained within it, in addition to covering the public employee's duties under Article (4) and Article (5) of the State and Public Sector Employees Discipline Law No. (14) of 1991, as amended.
The course also addressed the concept of disciplinary violations, their types, and causes, as well as disciplinary penalties, methods of investigation, and evidence.
