The Marine Science Center Organizes a Scientific Lecture on Ambition and Satisfaction Hormones
The Marine Science Center at Basrah University organized a scientific lecture on managing and controlling ambition hormones and oxytocin, the satisfaction hormone, in the human body.
The lecture, presented by Dr. Muhannad Kazem Thahir, highlighted the importance of hormones in the bodies of humans and other living organisms, particularly those hormones classified as neurotransmitters. These hormones play a direct role in determining choices and paths for humans by driving them to take action or encouraging them to refrain. The deciding factor in these contrasting choices is the mind.
The lecture explained the nature of the work of neurotransmitter hormones and their relationship with negative behaviors, such as addiction, and positive behaviors, such as ambition, discovery, and passion.
