Basrah University Organizes a Workshop on Climate Change and its Effects on Animal Production
The College of Agriculture at University of Basrah organized a workshop on climate change and its effects on animal production.
The workshop aims to identify climate change, its causes and its effects on animal production.
The workshop, which was lectured by the lecturer Manal Ali Ahmed, included climate change, which often arises due to increased human activities and increased consumption of energy sources, including rising temperatures and fluctuating rainfall amounts and their impact on livestock.
The workshop recommended finding environmentally friendly means that save energy and working on using modern methods in breeding for animal production projects that are less expensive and less polluting to the environment.
