University of Basrah Organizes Course on Public Employment and Civil Servant Behavior
The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at the University of Basrah, in collaboration with the Center for Development and Continuing Education, organized a course on public employment and civil servant behavior.
The course aims to develop the administrative staff, employees, and those involved in administrative work from the faculty members of the college, as well as newly appointed personnel by the Federal Service Council, in addition to anyone wishing to develop themselves in this field from employees and academics.
The course, presented by lecturer Sajad Sabah Al-Hijami, included defining the job from a legal perspective, its historical origins, and its development. It also clarified the concept of the employee, outlining their rights and duties, and reviewed the laws governing the employee and how to deal with them.
