University of Basrah Organizes a Lecture on the Civil Service and Employee Duties
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah organized an online lecture on the civil service and employee duties within the legal axis of the course on the tasks and responsibilities of middle management.
The lecture aims to inform the employee of his rights and duties and develop his legal skills in addition to training them to obtain a certificate that qualifies him for promotion to the rank of senior manager.
The lecture, presented by the lecturer Sajjad Sabah Idham Al-Hijami, included an explanation of the concept of the civil service and the public employee from a legal perspective in addition to explaining the rights of the public employee referred to in the service laws in detail, reaching the duties of the public employee and the penalty for violating those duties and how to deal with them within the law.
