The University of Basrah Holds a Lecture on Developing Facilitation Skills for the Fifth Unit of the Educational Specialty
Development and Continuous Education Centre at the University of Basrah organized a lecture on developing facilitation skills for trainers for the fifth unit of the educational specialty as part of the Teaching Methods course.
The lecture aims to enable trainees to plan and effectively implement facilitation skills in the educational process, making facilitation skills applicable in teaching, workshops, and seminars in which educators participate.
The lecture, presented by Dr. Zainab Faleh Salem, included an introduction to trainees on the concept of facilitation and its skills, considering facilitation skills as crucial for guiding student groups, enhancing effective communication, and ensuring fruitful outcomes to create an effective learning environment.
