University of Basrah Hosts a Course on Blended Learning and Virtual Reality Applications for the Medical Specialization
The Development and Continuing Education Center at the University of Basrah organized a course on blended learning and virtual reality applications for the medical specialization as part of a teaching methods course.
The lecture aims to provide trainees with knowledge of blended learning and the use of its strategies in teaching.
The lecture, delivered by Dr. Mais Basil Jaleel, covered the definition of blended learning, the difference between e-learning and distance learning and their systems, as well as understanding the relationship between virtual reality applications and e-learning, along with a discussion of virtual reality applications.
The lecture recommended the need to incorporate blended learning into modern teaching strategies and to apply it across various specializations.
