University of Basrah Organizes a Lecture on Overcoming Anxiety and Eliminating Its Causes
The College of Arts at Basrah University organized a scientific lecture on overcoming anxiety and eliminating its causes.
The seminar aims to shed light on anxiety disorders, their types, causes, and ways to overcome them.
The lecture, presented by Professor Zahraa Abdul Baqi, covered the identification of factors contributing to psychological anxiety, notably harsh childhood experiences, psychological stress, and weak personality traits, in addition to the role played by genetic factors.
