Two faculty members from the University of Basrah participate in practical courses within the Bologna Process.
Dr. Ali Abdel Zahra Hassan, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, and Dr. Ahmed Hisham Mohammed, a lecturer in the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Basrah, participated in practical courses within the Bologna Process held at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences at the University of Baghdad.
The course included an introduction to the academic system adopted in the Bologna Process (the credit system), as well as the mechanisms of admission, registration, assessment, and examinations. The course also highlighted the quality assurance axis of the Bologna Process, emphasizing its importance in shifting the educational process from being teacher-centered to student-centered by achieving learning outcomes.
