The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah discussed a higher diploma thesis titled "The Role of Risk Management in Achieving Total Quality" within the context of quality management.
The research, presented by researcher Haider Jabouri Al-Gharawi, aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of risk management in achieving total quality by studying the relationship between the application of risk management principles and attaining high quality standards in all production processes.
The study concluded that the synergy between risk management and total quality management is among the most crucial strategies used in modern management, which contemporary managers seek to implement, as it significantly and effectively contributes to organizations reaching their goals and achieving a competitive advantage.
