University of Basrah Organizes a Lecture on Student Behavior on Campus
The College of Nursing at the University of Basrah organized a lecture on student behavior within the university campus.
The lecture aimed to guide students to adhere to positive, authentic Arab societal behaviors, emphasizing that any behavior reflects the individual's own orientations and entailing accountability for any misconduct by specialized monitoring staff tasked with observing undesirable behaviors.
The lecture, presented by the college lecturer Dr. Fatima Jassim, covered the laws students must adhere to within the campus, viewing it as a place for study, education, and obtaining a qualification for employment, rather than a space for entertainment. She also stressed the importance of respecting academic standing and cooperating with university staff on security matters and the correct organization of behavior.
