The seminar, presented by Dr. Abdul Karim Zair Al-Mouzzani and Lieutenant in Community Police, Montazer Kazem Neama, aimed to educate students about the dangers of drug abuse and how to overcome and treat it through clinics available in Basra hospitals and doctors' offices.
The seminar covered the mental influences resulting from drug abuse and its impact on families and society, particularly among orphans and disintegrated families, as well as destructive negative ideas. It also addressed the legal, moral, and jurisprudential penalties for the crime of electronic blackmail.
