University of Basrah Organizes a Dialogue Session on Illegal Immigration
The College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the organizing committee of Al-Farahidi Street events, organized a dialogue session entitled “Immigration is the Focus of Most of Our Concerns.”
The dialogue session, which was moderated by lecturer Najlaa Al-Saffar, aimed to raise awareness and educate the Basra community about the harms of illegal immigration on the country and the destruction of its human resources.
Al-Saffar explained through her lecture how individuals are exploited and tempted to leave the country in irregular ways, in addition to other factors, including the political factors that run the country and wars and seditions at home and abroad.
