University of Basrah Organizes Workshop on Writing Theses and Dissertations
The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah organized a workshop titled "Writing Theses and Dissertations Using Some Modern Techniques."
The workshop aimed to inform postgraduate students about the instructions, methods, and modern programs for writing theses and dissertations to enhance their writing skills.
The workshop, presented by Dr. Ali Al-Diwani and Dr. Jalaa Amer, covered how to write theses and dissertations in terms of format, content, and presentation based on specific instructions. It also trained participants on using some modern programs to compile sources within the research methods curriculum for undergraduate and graduate studies, as well as adopting a unified format for writing citations in the Harvard style, which is consistent with well-known programs.
