University of Basrah participates in the International AGYA Conference
Dr. Inas Abdul Aziz Aboud, a faculty member at the Polymer Research Center at the University of Basrah, participated in the International AGYA Conference titled 'Improving Water Quality in Iraq,' which was held at the Catholic University in Erbil with the participation of researchers from Iraqi, Arab, and German universities.
The participation included presenting a research paper titled 'Developments in Nanocomposite Materials: Towards a Cleaner Water Future for Basrah.'
The research aimed to highlight innovative solutions in the field of water purification using advanced nanomaterials through effective and sustainable techniques to tackle water pollution challenges and improve the quality of water in Iraq in general, and in Basrah specifically.
This distinguished scientific achievement comes within the framework of the ongoing efforts made by the University of Basrah towards enhancing environmental sustainability and developing modern methods that contribute to addressing urgent environmental issues to achieve a sustainable future in water resource management.
