University of Basrah Holds a Lecture on Quality Management for Unit Seven
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah conducted a lecture on total quality management for Unit Seven as part of the Teaching Methods Course.
The lecture aims to familiarize trainees with their personality types and their differences based on their thinking patterns.
The lecture, presented by Instructor Kiyan Abdul-Azeez Mutlaq and Dr. Rafid Abdul-Jabbar Mohammed, included an overview of quality management through Deming's fourteen points, creating a flow of purpose with the plan, adopting the new philosophy of quality, eliminating fear, removing barriers that prevent users from taking pride in their work, fostering team behavior, eliminating communication obstacles between senior management and workers, establishing education, retraining, and creating a structure in senior management to emphasize the aforementioned points.
The trainees are required to perform an evaluation according to year or specialty and to submit a recorded lecture within a limited time to assess their capabilities.
