A faculty member at University of Basrah leads a seminar titled "Principles and Fundamentals of Leadership."
The faculty member from the College of Marine Sciences at the University of Basrah participated in a seminar titled "Principles and Fundamentals of Leadership," held at the Southern Technical University.
The seminar, conducted by faculty member Azhar Kamel Nasir, covered a range of important topics. It presented proposals and recommendations to enhance leadership concepts among students. Additionally, short lectures were given on fundamental leadership principles, such as transformational leadership, servant leadership, and the importance of emotional intelligence.
The seminar aimed to focus on effective communication skills as part of leadership and offered strategies for dealing with crises in workplace environments.
