A Lecturer at the University of Basrah Receives a Letter of Appreciation from the Minister of Higher Education
The Director of the Ibn Sina Center for E-Learning at the University of Basrah, Dr. Udai Basheer Issa, received a letter of appreciation from the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Dr. Udai Basheer Issa stated that the letter of appreciation came in recognition of his efforts in accomplishing the tasks of the ministerial committees that implemented the Bridges Project.
