Residential Accommodation:

Residential accommodation in the dormitories is available free of charge for eligible students.

Basic Services:

Electricity and water are available free of charge to all students. Drinking water stations are available on the university campus.

Dining:

At our university, we ensure to provide dining options that meet the students' needs at reasonable prices and high quality. Here is more information about the dining service:

The Seven Grains Charity Restaurant offers high-quality meals at reasonable prices. Meals at the restaurant are partially supported by the University of Basra to provide affordable food options for students. Meal prices range from 500 to 2500 Iraqi dinars.

The restaurant also provides free meals to needy and underprivileged students. 20 free meals are provided daily to underprivileged and needy students.

Students in the dormitories can benefit from these supported and free meals. We are committed to ensuring a variety of nutritious meals for students at reasonable prices and aim to support underprivileged students and provide the necessary care to the entire university community.

University Transportation:

We care about the convenience and ease of access for our students to the university campus. To achieve this, we offer a university transportation service, which is one of our top services. We are proud to provide university transportation service at highly competitive prices, making it affordable for students. University transportation is characterized by regularity and reliability. Designated parking spaces for university buses are available inside the university campus for students. These parking spaces provide additional convenience and easy access to academic departments and university facilities.

Healthcare Services:

We offer healthcare services, including a fully-equipped university clinic with the latest facilities and a specialized medical and nursing team to provide medical consultations and healthcare. This includes primary medical care, regular medical check-ups, and a university pharmacy. Educational and Psychological Counseling Center: We take pride in having a specialized educational and psychological counseling center established in 1994. The center provides support and counseling to students on various educational and psychological issues.

Parking Facilities:
