Avicenna E-learning Center

In 2010, the University of Basrah founded Avicenna Center for Electronic learning after the agreement between the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research with UNESCO in 2009 to inaugurate three scientific centers in Iraq that qualify it to establish this center. to create a relationship between the lecturer staff Universities and academic institutions in Arabic and international countries in which European Union countries and Mediterranean countries, the African Union and Iraq.

The Center prepares qualified academic staff in order to produce electronic materials to support the University's policy in developing education by creating an academic environment for both students and faculty members.
