Academic at basrah university participates in research at the Conference of the Educational Unit for Human Rights Studies at baghdad university

A researcher hussein Khalil matar at basrah studies centr and arabic gulf of basrah unviersity  participated in the second scientific international Conference for Educational Unit of human rights which established by collge of Education Ibn Rushd University of Baghdad.

a Participation included presentation of the tagged research (right of persons with disabilities to education between law and reality), The researcher pointed out the definition of the meaning of people with disabilities so explained the main causes of disability and types, so he pointed out to Position of international and iraqi legislators from this right by deals with to Ratified international conventions in united nation and iraqi law effective for Care of people with disabilities and espical needs of 38 for years 2013 .

The researcher called to development of institutes of the disabled and new cnters in cities that are free of it and finish of private institutes of education People with disabilities from ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and its attribution to the Ministry of Education.
