 Faculty of education for human sciences at university of basrah organized a seminar on the instructions of scientific promotions,

A seminar included a lecture given by the Chairman of the Promotion Committee at the faculty   , Dr. Humaid Siraj Jaber. he explained through this lecture briefed the academics staff on the details of the new instructions for scientific Promotions in order to educate of the necessity to balance between the writing of scientific research and other activities which are the introduction and condition to Access to the promotion eligibility and then promotion and to get a new title.

the purpose of the seminar to explanation of mystery and removing suspicions that may have been influenced by the many explanations of these instructions, in addition to briefed and prepare the promotion owner for the method of submission and promotion requirements by type and then Provide the scientific departments with the controls and stages of promotions from the stage of submission.
