An academic from university of basrah presides over the Arbitration Committee of the Academic Theater Festival in the State of Kuwait

A professor Abdul Karim Abboud Odeh an academic in Faculty of Fine Arts at university of basrah presided over the Arbitration Committee of the Kuwait Festival of Academic Theater held by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, Higher Institute of Theater Arts in its eighth session held for the period 7-13\2\2018.

odeh said that this the Festival is the one of Academic Theater Festivals at the Arab and international levels through its continuity, its scientific and creative target.

He said also that the festival seeks to present the students' outputs and after that outputs for training and teaching theatrical arts in the Arab world, noting that the festival began it's the first season and ended its seventh and eighth sessions internationally.

odeh added that the festival is a knowledge space for the exchange of academic experiences between students and academic, who included summary of creative act at Institutes and colleges of Arab and international drama arts.

the other side the academics participating in the festival welcomed to this active participation which represent participation of( university of basrah) in international academic forums, also the Praise of professor Abdul Karim Abboud is the academic activist who presented his experience and experiment to improve the academic drama.
