University of basrah held a seminar on production of hormone Parathyroid glands

Department of laboratory and clinical sciences at Faculty of pharmacy held a seminar the titled (production of the human hormone Parathyroid glands active of using E .coli).

by using The encoded gene for production of the human hormone Parathyroid glands which has been made by splicing overlap extension PCR, after that it's chlorinated by using a special vector in a strain of Escherichia coli bacteria, so Some of its chemical and biological properties were studied in the laboratories of the Faculty of Science at the University of Basrah. Parathyroid glands hormone is one of the most important and widely used treatments in the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis for women in the menopause and older men and the every one suffer from this Diseases.
