where Al-Makki said that his research included the study of the resistance of bacterial communities in water is a major concern for public health at present time, where considered an appropriate medium in the interchange of antibiotic-resistant genes between different bacterial strains, for that Al-Makki introduced a new method for evaluating the resistance of the bacterial community to antibiotics by different concentrations of antibiotic(cefotaxime ceftazidime tetracycline)and inhibitory to the growth of the bacterial community with The abundance of bacterial varieties of that society and this method was applied on fresh and Saline water environments in French ,The results showed that low concentrations of antibiotics reduce the abundance of bacterial species, so the rustles appeared that the bacterial community in the Saltwater is more diverse and less affected by antibiotics compared to freshwater communities.
