A seminar at Faculty law at university of basrah discussed the role of constitutional judiciary in the balance between the legislative and executive authorities.

a researcher  Dhar Hamid said that the importance of the study focuses in the construction of the effective role of the constitutional judiciary in the political system in countries that rely on judicial control over the constitutionality of laws, because Constitutional justice is the one that determines the future of the entire state in light of the disputes between the legislative and executive branches, because of the constitutional impact on the balance between the two authorities in terms of establishing the principle of balance or breach of it.
