the researcher Ahmed Saddam Abdul Saheb said that the study deal with the relationship between the formation of fixed capital and foreign trade in Iraq, where proved that there is no relationship between exports and imports towards the formation of fixed capital, reflects the inefficiency of the allocation of investment spending to positively affect the level of domestic investment. It has also shown that there is an increase in consumer spending, which confirms the continued weakness of economic policy during the period 1996-2015.
