A researcher at university of basrah publishes research in a global magazine

A researcher at Faculty of science at university of basrah, Aseel Abdel Aziz published a scientific research in Superlattice and Microstructures magazine, which issues from al sifer bookstore and has an impact factor of 2.12 according to Thomson Reuters.

The research dealt with the preparation of self-working optical detectors made of silicon nanotubes.

The researcher said that the importance of research is included in dependence a simple and effective method of producing reagents that gave high sensitivity to light, noting the existence of other data from the study in the process of publishing.
