Ministry of higher education honors a PhD student at University of Basrah

Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al - Issa honored a PhD student at Faculty science at university of basrah, and the scholarship to the United Kingdom Hisham Fayadh Mohammed.

The researcher said that this honor came to publish his researches in international journals on the preference in terms of Diction international conference held in Switzerland. the honored has been in the presence of the Iraqi ambassador and cultural adviser in London.
