the researcher Nassif Jassim said due to the decline which witnessed by the oil section because of the circumstances experienced by Iraq, to promote the reality of the oil section because of its importance, the government resorted to foreign investment by contracting with foreign oil companies Kurdistan region also, where raised on these contracts a wide controversy in the evaluation of oil contracts in Iraq for the period 2003 - 2016. Where the positive and negative aspects are discussed and a financial evaluation of a series of contracts for giant fields and losses incurred by Iraq as a result of those contracts.
