University of basrah hold a seminar about the strategy required to address traffic problems in Basrah

Department of Geography, college of education for women at university of basrah organized a seminar about (the strategy required to address traffic problems in Basrah) with the participation of researchers and specialists from various government departments.

The seminar included fifteen participations forefront paragraph of Information Officer at Basra traffic directorate Riyad Al-Eidani on the traffic situation in basrah and the possible solutions followed by several research paragraphs including a paragraph by researcher Ali Khazal Madi entitled "Historical Study of Car Transport in basrah Governorate.

So there is a participation of the General Company of Iraqi ports paragraph entitled "Possible solutions to the problem of traffic congestion of the researcher Ali Khanjar Ali.

The seminar stressed the need to give an integrated strategy including plans to create electronic traffic systems, so work on the system of mass transit instead of private transport and focus on the establishment of traffic awareness of society and the strict application of traffic rules and regulations and others.
