Khalaf said that he had participated in the founding conference of the center to facing hate speech in Iraq, which held in Beirut. As The deputy director of the Center, which will start its work in the next few days. Khalaf said also that the conference was organized by Masarat Foundation for Cultural and Information Development in cooperation with the German Konrad Adenauer Foundation for the establishment of a center whose mission will be to monitor and collect hate speech and analyze it, to make recommendations to the official authorities to address them and reduce it. He also pointed out that the center was divided into several sections, including monitoring, treatment, analysis, editing and follow-up, which will present an annual report on hate speech.
