The Minister of Higher: Certificates do not grant the owner an ethical guarantee

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al-Issa confirm that the Certificates do not grant the owner an ethical guarantee.

his speech came at the ceremony which held by the Islamic University in Najaf on the anniversary of its founding,  where he said that the responsibility placed on the university academics are great because they are in position of responsibility, also said that there are those who came in the wrong place and became calculated on the university medium. He added also that the richness clothes worn by some do not necessarily make a respectable man, and certificates, does not give the owner a moral guarantee. The Minister of Higher Education criticized the conditions of the electoral propaganda, describing them as consumerism that lacks professional and moral determinants on the other hand. Al-Issa warned of the electronic space and social media that provided a popular market for rumors and targeting, calling for a responsible stop of everyone to prevent anyone trying to penetrate the lives of people or tampering with the values of society. in other field The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research opened the number of classrooms at university and inspected its educational facilities in the faculties of technical engineering, law, political science, medical technology, Islamic sciences, education, media and journalism.
