Dr. Khawla Hussein Ali the academic at College of Education for Pure Sciences, university of Basrah received the title of best the scientific evaluator in a scientific-class journal ELSEVIER because of her evaluation a scientific research in in journal follow to Computer Science International Federation- Hungary.
