An academics from university of Basrah receive the silver medal at the Applied Research and Patent Conference in Baghdad

Dr. Um Al-Bishr Humaid Jaber Al-Moussawi and Dr. Wassan Kazem Al-Tamimi the academics at faculty of Agriculture, university of Basrah participated in the First Scientific Conference of Applied Research and Patents, which held by the Central Technical University at the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences in Baghdad.

Zinah Tariq the academic at department of Food science said that thier participation was patented invention (Purification and characterization of collagenase extracted from fish intestines and its use in meat soft).

Where the patent was awarded the silver prize and the silver medal among a large number of research and patents involved.
