Al-Issa invites the American University in Sulaymaniyah to offer scholarships to students

Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al - Issa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research invited the American University in Sulaymaniyah to offer scholarships to students in support of strengthening its position in international classifications.

This coming in his speech during the graduation ceremony held by the American University in Sulaymaniyah, where he said that our mission in the ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research focuses on defending the universities and scientific edifices and keeping its independence and support in order to keep its decisions from all attempts to intervene and influence. He added that university institutions and its outputs represent the balance of the country and that everyone is expected to make an active contribution to invest the space and recycling of waste dumped by the emergency situation experienced by our country Iraq. He said also that the development and process of the country begin from this important institutions which included a way of awareness ways that creates a culture of coexistence and ensures a sustainable peace for all societies. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al - Issa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research participated of distributed graduation certificates to graduate students in the fields of business administration, information technology, construction engineering, energy engineering, mechanical engineering, English language and international studies and in the presence of the President of university, Kerr Ferexson and his staff.
