Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al-Issa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research called on ministers of education at the Paris conference to increase cooperation, exchange of academic experience and support of liberated universities.
This come in his speech as representative of Iraq during the Conference of Ministers of Higher Education which held by Paris in presence and participation of ministers from inside and outside European Union. Al-Issa said that our college and our educational institutions succeeded in developing an effective and important impact on the formulation and restoration of the social reality after the war on terrorism, where the return of the universities to their original places contributed to restoring life to these cities and encouraging the displaced to return to their cities.
he said also That the institutions of higher education and scientific research in Iraq have played an important role in dealing with the crises and the recycling of waste in a way that ensures the re-drawing of corridors safe to able the community to manage the details of life and deal with it again positively.so he stressed that Iraq is seeking to strengthen its scientific and academic relations with developed countries in the fields of scientific research, and that the Ministry of Higher Education is keen to enhance the prospects of scientific cooperation with international universities through holding memorandums of understanding and implementing scientific twinning programs and exchange of academic experiences, especially in the Rare specialties.
