Dr. Ghani Risan, Dr. Salim Naeem, Dr. Hassan Hammad and Dr. Yousuf Odeh the researchers from college of law were participated in Conference on Coexistence and Community Peace in Bagdad.
Louay Khalil Al-Gattrani, Head of Media Unit at College said that the Conference dealt with defining the future vision of peaceful coexistence as a situation in which the society is free of wars and conflicts and a situation of security and stability in which there are jobs for all, the purpose of the Conference is to strengthen communication between the members of the Conference from different universities and to create the area to exchange of experiences, Develop a technique for identifying potential job opportunities and suggest actions that will enhance the role of academics in community reconciliation in Iraq, ways of dealing with the most important challenges that hinder important and vital roles in society. Considering peaceful co-existence is a state of consensus if there is a will to harmony, coexistence, collective justice, intellectual pluralism, brotherhood, social solidarity and acceptance of the other because peaceful coexistence is a principle within every human being before it becomes a practice with others.
