Basrah University arranges a seminar on psychological stress, its effects, and strategies for treating them

The Directorate of dormitories at Al-Basrah University has organized a seminar for the supervisors of the dormitories in order to develop their skills.

The seminar holds a lecture by Dr. Sana Abdul-Zahra Al-Gaman the director of "Psychological and Educational Center" at the university, entitled as the psychological stresses, their effects, and strategies for treating them.

Al-Gaman mentioned that the main aim of the lecture is to introduce the supervisors to the psychological stresses and its medical, psychological, social and behavioral effects as well as informing them about how pressures impact the way of dealing with others. In addition to that, providing them with the needful strategies to treat these pressures in order to mitigate the effects.
