College of Science at the University of Basrah held a seminar entitled "The design of an obligation software agent for managing electrical demand consumption".
The seminar discussed the improvement of the efficiency of monitoring complex systems that based on human attitudes and behaviors through the use of a multi-clients management system consisting of a community of clients who live within an environment and can interact with the environment and cooperate with each other in an appropriate way.
The research Wasan Asaad, illustrate that the research focuses on designing a client with has the ability to show a behavior that is similar to human behavior and follow social relations to achieve obligations and controls. This customer was tested to cover the power shortage during household consumption in a way that is closer to human interactions and sacrificing consumption through the client community.
The proposed environment was built to generate household consumption for Iraqi citizens during the summer season. The results showed the effectiveness of this system in covering that consumption and simulating social relationships.
