Al-Issa Congratulates Baghdad University for entering the classification of the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2019

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al-Issa, congratulated the University of Baghdad for its achievement in entering the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2019.

Al-Issa during his visit this morning for Baghdad University met Dr. Alaa Abdul Hussein, the president of the university and his assistants, mentioning that the scientific achievement came as a result of concentrated efforts which placed them at the ranking scale with their international counterparts.

He added that the Ministry of Higher Education is going forward to support its university institutions and its teaching staff as a goal of making Iraqi universities as an attractive scientific center and an important source of the state institutions.
