Minister of Higher Education congratulates Iraqi universities to mark the new studying year

"We congratulate all Iraqi universities, professors, employees and students on the occasion of starting the new studying year 2019/2018.

On this occasion, we confirm that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is going forward to develop their scientific, cultural and developmental functions that service the society& the state and achieve their supreme interest.

We are optimistic about the starting of this studying year, which will be full of effective scientific activities based on a class educational base and objective scientific research that will support full development projects and enhance the country's scientific resources which are responsible for creating the present and future of Iraq".
