University of Basrah discusses the effect of sodium benzoate

A seminar held in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Basrah University, discusses the effect of sodium benzoate on its own or with vitamin C in some physiological and biochemical standers in male rabbits.

The researcher, Shahad Mazen Jalil, mentioned that her study included studying the toxic effects of sodium benzoate as a preservative and its effects when it mixed with vitamin C.

Finally, the researcher concluded that sodium benzoate has a harmful effect when mixed with vitamin C on various physiological and chemical criteria.
