A lecturer at the University of Basrah issues a book on budgetary allocations and its role in economic development

Dr. Naim Sabah Garah, A lecturer at Basrah University college of Administration and Economics, the author of the book entitled budgetary allocations and its role in the socio-economic development by Dar Al-Ayyam Publishing and Distribution in Amman, Jordan.

And was co-authored by Dr. Aqeel Abdul Hussein Al-Tai and Dr. Ahmed Jassim Al-Mutouri.

Al- Garah mentioned that the Iraqi economy today is in great need for budgetary allocations and to hold scientific and practical applications as well as that we are about to form a government intended to support the economy and provide the best services and raise the standard of living for the Iraqi citizen.
