University of Basrah Accomplished its 15th Annual Husseini Festival

The Students Activities Department at the College of Nursing in Basrah University accomplished its 15th annual Husseini festival as a remembering of Karbala Battle, entitled "The Forty-Days March of Imam Hussein (a) revolutionary reform throughout history".

As for the activities of the festival, the director of Students Activities Department, Dr. Thamer Al-Azzawi, mentioned that "this year the festival has witnessed a photographic exhibition of more than 20 snapshots documented the medical service provided by the faculty members to Imam Hussein's (a) visitors along the road between Basrah and Karbala, as well as, a competition in Husseini poetry.
