University of Basrah holds a scientific trip to Hammar Marshes

The Field Crops Department at the Faculty of Agriculture from the University of Basrah organized a scientific trip for the students of the fourth stage to Hammar Marshes, within the field of cultivation of the Marshlands.

Dr. Anhar Mahmood Gaaz, A lecturer at the Field Crops Department mentioned that the aim of this trip was to learn about the nature of the Marshlands, the growing plants, and buffalo breeding places. Adding that the students were accompanied by Dr. Kifah Abdul Rida Jassim and Dr. Kazem Hassan Alhaili, as well as the lecturers Manal Askar, Sondas Kamel, and Mohammed Abdulraza AbdulWahid.
