The University of Basrah discusses weight loss by peptides

A seminar at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Basrah, entitled “weight losing by whole peptides of Gastrin, Cholecystokinin and Gastric inhibitory polypeptide hormone and its potential to increase weight loss”.

The researcher Thaer Ramadan Mahlhal, mentioned that his study dealt with the use of a specific type of peptides and knowing its effect on weight reduction in laboratory rats. Peptides were given separately and also blended with each other and observed a decrease in weight loss during a short period and it has given better results when it was mixed together than with using it alone.

The aim of the seminar was to find out the effect of peptides on weight loss on laboratory rats when using it separately or as a mixture.
