Higher Education and Scientific Research Minister assumes his Ministerial Duties

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Qusay Al-Suhail, assumes his duties on Sunday morning at the ministry office.

Al-Suhail said that the ministry is looking forward to a new strategy in which the implementation ceilings will be within the timelines for the development of the higher education sector in Iraq. Al-Suhail added that the Ministry of Education will enhance its achievements in order to attain quantum leaps in the field of scientific research and activate the wheel of its marketing through the consolidation of bilateral relations between education and ministries of Iraqi state, as well as to develop the university environment to suit its scientific objectives.
