Scientific Lecture at the University of Basrah on Preparing Thin Films from Organic Semiconductors

The College of Education Humanities at the University of Basrah held a scientific lecture on (the preparation of thin films from one of the organic semiconductors and studying of its electrical properties and its use in the preparation of the transistor effect of the field and study its properties). The lecture presented by the researcher Nathem Abdul Jalil designing, manufacturing and calibrating the tools, measurement systems for building and measuring Semiconductor-metal (MIS) and organic field-effect transistor (OFET) laboratory, and study their electrical properties.
