A symposium at College of Administration and Economics at Basrah University discussed the effect of organizational cynicism on Functional Engagement of employees’ exploratory study.

The researcher, Rasah Mahdi Salih, mentioned that the aim of the research is to achieve a set of goals, to determine the overall level of Organizational Cynicism in general and at the level of each dimension of the organization in the research area.
As well as, determining the level of Functional Engagement of the employees in general and at the level of each dimension of the organization in the research sample. In addition to explaining and clarifying the nature of the relationship and the effect between the organizational cynicism and Functional Engagement of the employees in general and at the level of dimensions and determining any dimensions of Organizational Cynicism most influential in the Functional Engagement of the employees.
